How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Domestic delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, and international 10–20 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we email you a tracking link. You can also track it anytime from your account or our order-tracking page. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days, contact us.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in original packaging. Email us with your order number to start a return. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced free of charge — just send photos within 48 hours of delivery.
When will I be refunded?
After we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All payments are processed over a secure, SSL-encrypted connection — we never store your card details.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout is fully encrypted (SSL) and handled by trusted processors (Shopify Payments, PayPal). Your payment information is never shared with us.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries. Import duties or taxes set by your country may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to modify or cancel it. Once shipped, it can't be changed.
The item arrived damaged. What do I do?
We're sorry! Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
