Trendzly Shop ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights.
Information we collect
Order and account data (name, email, shipping/billing address, phone), payment confirmation (we never store full card numbers — payments are processed by Shopify Payments / PayPal), and device/usage data (IP, browser, pages viewed) via cookies and analytics.
How we use it
To process and ship orders, provide support, prevent fraud, comply with the law, and — only with your consent — send marketing. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share data only with processors needed to run the store (Shopify, payment providers, shipping carriers and fulfillment partners) under confidentiality obligations.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your data, and withdraw marketing consent at any time by emailing boutiquetrendzly@gmail.com. We respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (including Quebec's Law 25 and the GDPR where relevant).
Retention
We keep order records as required for accounting and legal purposes, then delete or anonymize them.

By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms. You must be the age of majority in your place of residence.
Orders & pricing
All prices are in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order (e.g. pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock issues) and will refund any amount charged.
Products
We strive for accuracy in descriptions and images, but colors and details may vary slightly. Products are provided "as is" except for warranties that cannot be excluded by law.
Intellectual property
All content on this site is owned by Trendzly Shop or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.
↩️ Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Some items (final sale, intimate goods, personalized products) may not be returnable.
How to start a return
Email boutiquetrendzly@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We'll send return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item, we refund the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is our fault.
Damaged or wrong items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
🚚 Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery:
- Domestic: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary with carrier delays, customs, or peak periods. A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.
Customs & duties
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes set by your country, payable by the recipient.
Lost or delayed packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email boutiquetrendzly@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.
